Greyhound Racing NSW wishes advises to participants that in line with other jurisdictions, phone nominations will be cease for all meetings from January 1, 2022.
From that date, all nominations will need to be made via the OzChase portal which is available 24 hours per day.
The OzChase system is fast, easy and convenient, and OzChase nominations can be made with a smart phone device or via a computer. The nomination is recorded on the trainers’ OzChase profile providing confirmation of the nomination.
Trainers can view the greyhound’s grade, add multiple nomination preferences, and view the greyhounds which they currently have drawn, as well as scratch greyhounds.
With this change, any redraws (if required) will only be considered if the nomination is made through the OzChase portal. Redraws will not be considered if a participant is trying to nominate a greyhound via phone.
The racing operations team will provide assistance to any trainers to set up their OzChase account, and as we get closer to the date, GRNSW will publish links to the appropriate tutorial and user guide.
